Pre-Installation Cancellations

Within 3 Days of Contract Signing

Full refund of any deposits paid, no cancellation fee

4-14 Days After Contract Signing

Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee

15+ Days After Contract Signing

Refund minus costs incurred (permits, equipment ordered, etc.)

Equipment Returns

For unopened, unused equipment:

Must be in original packaging
Return request within 30 days of delivery
15% restocking fee may apply
Customer responsible for return shipping

Note: Custom-ordered or configured equipment is non-returnable once the manufacturing process has begun.

Post-Installation Changes

System modifications subject to technical assessment
Upgrade requests evaluated case-by-case
Removal requests subject to contract terms
Transfer of ownership available with proper documentation

Warranty Returns

Defective equipment covered under manufacturer warranty
Installation issues addressed within 90-day workmanship guarantee
No charge for warranty-covered replacements
